Google Ads Specialist (PPC): Managing and optimizing multi-platform PPC campaigns to generate demand, improve billings, and achieve performance targets with an accent on Google Ads, social advertising, analytics, and budget management. Focus on designing data-informed strategies, building accurate tracking mechanisms, and leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and campaign performance.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, with the option to work from anywhere in the world.

Compensation starts at €4,600 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and other social channels.
  • Develop PPC strategies aligned with business goals and evolving industry practices.
  • Analyze campaign data, report on performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Allocate and manage substantial advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Implement accurate tracking mechanisms in line with current industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Data, Content, and other marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on PPC experience with a proven record of results.
  • Expertise in Google Search Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and N8N to optimize workflows and analyze data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
