2027 Field Representative Development Program (Construction Equipment)

Location: Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire; onsite five days per week, 40 hours per week

hirify.global manufactures construction and mining equipment, engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives supported by a global dealer network.

What you will do

• Complete three months of cohort-based training covering hirify.global products, services, industry strategies, communication, and leadership.
• Rotate through assignments for 12–18 months to build technical and commercial skills and contribute to strategic projects.
• Support Cat Dealers with operational efficiency, service processes, parts inventory, digital platforms, logistics, and business finance.
• Advise dealers on marketing, sales, rental, used-equipment distribution, forecasting, strategy planning, and sales techniques.
• Support machine and engine sales throughout the sales cycle, aftermarket growth, product launches, market analysis, and customer service improvements.
• Develop dealer technical capabilities and help resolve product, application, maintenance, and customer complaint issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Ability to work onsite in Abidjan five days per week.
• Ability to travel up to 30–70% depending on assignment.
• Willingness to live abroad for up to three months for training or rotation.
• Valid passport through May 2027 required; visa sponsorship is not available.
