What you will do
- Design and implement manufacturing processes that improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
- Provide technical support for production issues and oversee equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance.
- Develop SOPs and process documentation in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train production teams on new processes and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Quality and Product Engineering on standards, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to optimize production capacity and manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering.
- Proficiency with manufacturing software such as CAD and CAM, as well as ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Just-in-Time, Total Productive Maintenance, and Statistical Process Control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
