Linguistic Validation Junior Translation Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage operational activities for linguistic validation and eCOA translation projects.
• Create, track, and report project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and financial information.
• Manage project budgets, invoice approvals, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present status, tracking, and project information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project resources, support project managers, and contribute to proposals and RFPs.
• Identify out-of-scope work and support process improvements while ensuring compliance with SOPs and project policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least one year of related experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• Advanced software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and project teams.
