Generative AI and NLP Engineer (LLMs/RAG/Python): Designing and developing end-to-end Generative AI and NLP solutions for real-world business problems with an accent on LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Transformers, deep learning, and Azure-based AI environments. Focus on building production-grade AI/ML applications, translating business requirements into measurable outcomes, and evaluating emerging GenAI technologies.
Location: Hybrid in Ha Noi, Vietnam

What you will do
- Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI and NLP solutions for real-world business problems.
- Build and optimize solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Transformers, and deep learning.
- Develop production-grade AI/ML models and applications with Python and PySpark.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI/ML solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Research emerging GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant use cases.
- Collaborate with AI, data, and software engineers and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark.
- Experience building production-grade AI/ML solutions and practical experience with Azure.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and modern AI/ML techniques.
- Good English communication skills, written and verbal; hybrid work in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI.
- Experience developing end-to-end GenAI applications.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or digital health.
- Experience with large-scale data, database-oriented systems, or deploying AI solutions in production.
