What you will do

• Lead critical external relationships with government, shareholder, diplomatic, financial, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global in selected government, shareholder, diplomatic, business-community, and industry-association engagements.
• Strengthen integration across hirify.global business units, functions, and geographic boundaries.
• Provide visible regional leadership, align internal stakeholders, and mobilize resources to address operational priorities.
• Lead cross-functional responses to significant incidents, business-continuity threats, and emerging government or shareholder issues.
• Monitor macroeconomic, geopolitical, regulatory, energy-transition, and regional infrastructure developments and develop strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Senior leadership credibility for external representation and participation in joint venture board-level activities.
• Ability to manage complex relationships across government, shareholders, commercial partners, financial institutions, and internal functions.
• Experience establishing and testing business-continuity and crisis-management plans, including decision rights and escalation protocols.
• Ability to support succession planning and organizational capability development.
• Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
