What you will do
- Lead control system concepts and technical specifications for substation automation projects.
- Design network architectures and select automation components including RTUs, HMI/SCADA platforms, communication gateways, and IEDs.
- Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests to verify functional, performance, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and review functional design specifications, signal lists, communication matrices, and test records.
- Integrate new technologies and cybersecurity measures into automation systems.
- Guide external suppliers and monitor technical quality, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience delivering HMI/SCADA and substation automation solutions in transmission and distribution environments.
- Expertise with WinCC, Zenon, ZEE600, SICAM PAS, SICAM A8000, or equivalent automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA communication gateways, control system integration, process data management, and remote-control center connectivity.
- Knowledge of IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, and industrial communication networks.
- Excellent English communication skills and comprehensive knowledge of the energy sector.
