Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina; flexible working times and home office opportunity

What you will do

  • Learn to design and deliver substation automation systems for energy infrastructure projects.
  • Help create control system diagrams and integrate RTUs, HMIs, and Intelligent Electronic Devices.
  • Support customer proposals with technical and commercial documentation.
  • Prepare functional specifications, testing procedures, signal lists, and other project documentation.
  • Explore new technologies and support testing and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • No previous professional experience required; graduates and early-career professionals are welcome.
  • Strong interest in power systems, substation automation, and digital energy solutions.
  • Knowledge of power transmission, distribution, and protection concepts from studies, projects, or internships.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and customers.
  • Confident English communication is required.
