People Lead (HR Business Partner)

Location: Worksop, based at the Blyth manufacturing and fulfilment site in the United Kingdom; the role is onsite and includes in-person interviews.

What you will do

• Partner with People Leaders and squad members to deliver a high-quality HR service aligned with the People Strategy and company goals.
• Coach People Leaders on performance management, development, engagement, and effective squad management.
• Manage absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases while driving improvement plans and addressing root causes.
• Lead performance reviews, feedback cycles, development plans, and talent mapping.
• Support engagement communications, pulse surveys, and high-impact engagement plans across the site.

Requirements

• Strong employee relations and case management experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience coaching leaders, supporting engagement, and handling complex situations.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work onsite in the Worksop/Blyth area.

• A final Leadership interview may be included depending on role seniority; the process usually takes 3–5 weeks.
