Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Analyze and validate behavioural data from the hirify.global Builder app.
• Translate stakeholder and product management questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Support the development of data models and algorithms.
• Improve how product success is measured through evidence-based analysis.
• Strengthen the reliability and quality of data foundations and communicate findings through clear data storytelling.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps Engineers, and cross-functional product teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience applying statistical analysis to product or business challenges.
• Professional experience developing solutions with Python and SQL.
• Experience building or improving data pipelines or data models that enable analytical outcomes.
• Ability to translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches and recommendations.
• Experience communicating findings clearly and working in agile, multifunctional teams.
• This is a full-time, 10-month contract role based in Billund with hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or a comparable data platform.
• Experience developing applications that support product or business objectives.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and testing.
