What you will do
- Write and publish blogs, guides, case studies, solution briefs, one-pagers, web copy, partner materials, and event assets.
- Interview internal subject matter experts, customers, executives, and external stakeholders to source accurate and compelling stories.
- Translate complex product and market knowledge into clear content for prospects, customers, sales, and broader audiences.
- Maintain consistent GreyMatter positioning across product marketing materials.
- Uphold ’s voice, quality standards, and publishing standards across all market-facing content.
Requirements
- Ability to learn complex technical subject matter quickly and represent it accurately in writing.
- Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Ability to use AI prompting to develop compelling written material.
- Ability to translate technical depth into clear, engaging content.
- Strong interviewing, collaboration, curiosity, and research skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid changes without compromising quality.

- Existing cross-functional relationships with sales, sales engineering, GreyMatter operations, and customer success.
