Keyade: Manager, Performance, Lebanon (Paid Media)

Location: Beirut, Lebanon. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies across the full marketing funnel.
• Manage paid search, social, and display campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns through data analysis, A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding adjustments, and landing-page improvements.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
• Prepare client performance reports, present results, manage budgets, and allocate spend across channels.
• Lead advanced tracking and attribution implementation, troubleshoot campaign issues, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success managing paid media campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
• Deep knowledge of paid search, social, and display advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong organizational and time-management skills.
