Trainee Spare Parts Technician (Supply Chain)

Location: Maia, Portugal; remote work options are available.

What you will do

• Develop work instructions for internal Spare Parts processes.
• Gather information from team members and technical specialists.
• Map workflows and document processes using text, images, flowcharts, and screenshots.
• Standardize, review, and update operational documentation.
• Support knowledge bases and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Spare Parts, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to validate processes and maintain document version control.

Requirements

• Degree or CTeSP in Industrial Management or Industrial Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Technical English is required.
• Strong willingness to learn, proactive problem-solving skills, and a hands-on attitude.
• Motivation to work in an office setting and communicate professionally with clients.
