Senior Solutions Architect (AI/HPC)

What you will do

• Lead the customer journey from product sale through onboarding, installation, and production deployment.
• Plan and manage hirify.global product installations, including risk assessment, scheduling, deployment coordination, and status reporting.
• Design end-to-end solutions and document architectures through technical diagrams and specifications.
• Develop, automate, and test deployment workflows using scripting, open-source tools, and custom processes.
• Deploy and manage AI and HPC infrastructure in Linux-based on-premises and public cloud environments.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, engineering, product management, customers, and partners while providing knowledge transfers and handover materials.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise IT operations, mission-critical infrastructure, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing technical work.
• Experience with automation or cluster management tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Bright, Jenkins, or xCAT.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, or Perl, plus Git or GitHub-based source control.
• Experience with Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, Linux performance monitoring and tuning, HPC environments, parallel filesystems, and software-defined storage.
• Hands-on experience administering Linux systems and Kubernetes or other containerized workloads.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese are required. A computer science degree or equivalent experience and willingness to travel are also required.
