Brand & Consumer Junior Advisor with French

Location: P&G Bucharest Intelligence Hub, Romania; hybrid work with work-from-home and work-from-abroad options

Salary: 10,000 RON gross/month starting salary for full-time work, prorated for part-time, plus a prorated 13th salary, vacation bonus, and 1,200 RON gross/month French language benefit.

What you will do

• Represent P&G brands and support consumers in the French market through written and phone interactions.
• Understand consumer concerns and provide empathetic, professional guidance.
• Manage complaints and collaborate with team leaders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Document cases accurately and suggest improvements to the consumer journey.
• Follow up on open cases and keep consumers informed.
• Participate in training and support the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Students from at least the second year of a bachelor's degree and above are welcome.
• Proficient written and spoken French is required.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in consumer care.
• Team-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
• Full-time availability is 8 hours per day; part-time availability is at least 4 hours per day.
• Part-time hires must complete a full-time training schedule during the first two months.
