Influencer/Partnership Manager (Montenegro)

What you will do

• Identify and recruit local Instagram influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners.
• Build and maintain an influencer database and manage day-to-day partnerships.
• Negotiate CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee partnership agreements.
• Onboard influencers with tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns using FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player-quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams, monitor competitors, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer, partnership, affiliate, or KOL management.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and influencer landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with a commercial, acquisition-focused mindset.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto casino, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with CPA, revenue share, and hybrid partnership models, plus affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing-page optimisation.
• Fluent local-market language and good command of English required.
