What you will do
- Administer the sender database and process customer sender registration requests with mobile network operators and suppliers.
- Manage traffic security through content restrictions, template registration, and region-specific or product-based registration processes.
- Order virtual long numbers and short codes, and enable two-way communication, including MO resources and keyword setup.
- Register OTT traffic for WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, LINE, IoT, Rich Content SMS, Mobile Identity, and Google Business Messages.
- Troubleshoot sender and two-way communication issues and support customers and internal stakeholders throughout registration.
- Maintain technical databases, document procedures and best practices, and contribute to internal process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or customer service.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel or spreadsheets.
- Effective communication in English and the local language is required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Analytical approach to investigating and solving technical problems.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and maintain knowledge of technical processes and tools.

- Knowledge of A2P communications and SMS messaging.
