What you will do
- Administer NetSuite and connected finance applications, including user access, configurations, workflows, saved searches, custom records, and integrations.
- Identify inefficiencies in ERP and connected-system workflows and implement continuous improvements.
- Use AI tools to automate finance and operations tasks, surface insights, and reduce manual work.
- Support inventory valuation, general ledger mappings, reporting outputs, and balance-sheet data integrity.
- Translate requirements from finance, supply chain, and technology teams into practical system solutions.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, process changes, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, or experience with a comparable ERP and the ability to learn the technology stack quickly.
- Chartered Accountant qualification, progress toward CA, or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Interest in using and developing AI skills for workflow and process automation.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, take ownership, and implement improvements.
- Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-scaling environment.
