Medical insurance system operator ensures the provision of medical care to the population.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and adapt open-source LLMs for internal tasks
• Fine-tune and evaluate language models
• Build RAG services, AI assistants, and intelligent search
• Design prompts, response-quality tools, and safeguards
• Integrate AI services via API

Requirements:
• 3+ years developing AI/LLM solutions
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Transformers, and Hugging Face
• Hands-on LLM fine-tuning with LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT, or SFT
• RAG experience with embeddings, vector databases, reranking, and retrieval evaluation
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience with APIs, Docker, Git, Linux, and GPU infrastructure
• Understanding of hallucinations, context limits, security, and quality control
