What you will do
- Lead multiple games through conceptualization, launch, and live operations.
- Define product vision, positioning, success metrics, and core game mechanics.
- Partner with mathematicians, designers, studios, and cross-functional teams to develop competitive iLottery experiences.
- Apply player psychology, monetization, retention, data analysis, and behavioral insights to improve game performance.
- Guide creative and production direction while driving innovation and differentiation across the portfolio.
- Ensure games meet regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience focused on slot games, iGaming, or casino products.
- Experience launching multiple commercially successful games.
- Deep expertise in iLottery, slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization development.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, producers, engineers, artists, and QA.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and partner management skills.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
