We already have a retention team and BI support in place. We’re looking for a leader to build a structured approach to player engagement and increase its contribution to business performance.
What you’ll do:
• Develop the CRM strategy: segmentation, automated communications, player activation and reactivation.
• Manage the economics of bonuses, rakeback and loyalty programmes.
• Maintain player retention throughout the migration to a new platform.
• Develop the VIP function and lead the CRM/VIP team.
• Work with BI to measure campaign performance, retention, churn and LTV.
• Define requirements for CRM tools, data and reporting.
CRM/retention experience specifically in online poker is essential. Casino or sportsbook experience alone is not sufficient.
