What you will do
- Own accounts payable, including supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and payment runs across two entities.
- Complete bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations as part of the monthly close.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy through journals, accruals, and coding.
- Maintain inventory and fixed asset records for collar stock and in-country equipment.
- Prepare tax filing documentation and support the Controller and external advisors.
- Provide expense and payroll inputs while working with the People team and local providers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance operations.
- Working knowledge of Argentine accounting, tax, and payment processes.
- Strong Excel skills and close attention to detail.
- Fluent Spanish and good working English.
- Comfort working with unfinished processes and helping build improved workflows.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Uruguayan compliance.
- Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Inventory accounting experience in a product or hardware business.
- Interest in automation, SQL, or AI tooling.
