Senior Engagement Manager

What you will do

• Lead Frontier Engineering business growth and delivery across assigned customer accounts and the Singapore region.
• Identify services opportunities, scope engagements, prepare proposals and Statements of Work, and lead deal review and investment approval processes.
• Own bookings forecasts, quarterly bookings, consumption, utilization, project financials, margins, and cost control.
• Design delivery roadmaps, oversee project progress and quality, and identify and escalate scope, schedule, cost, and delivery risks.
• Manage executive customer relationships, account plans, Data Cloud roadmaps, partner co-delivery models, and escalation decisions.
• Improve delivery operations through SOW standardization, governance, reusable assets, AI-assisted workflows, mentoring, and quality reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales and services delivery or equivalent experience with complex enterprise technical projects.
• Proven record of achieving KPIs such as bookings, utilization, and consumption.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders from CxO to VP level across sales, delivery, product, and partner organizations.
• Experience with data warehouses, business intelligence, cloud data platforms, or equivalent technical domains.
• Strong business and technical literacy, including the ability to translate customer goals into platform scenarios and discuss architecture, implementation constraints, and risks.
• Strong organization, ownership, communication, and ability to manage multiple projects and accounts in parallel.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting local-government customers and understanding public-sector procurement, compliance, or data requirements in Singapore.
• Experience as a solution architect, technical account manager, system administrator, or in another technical advisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake AI Data Cloud or cloud data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with SI, GSI, and ISV partners across data, AI, or analytics ecosystems.
