Senior Associate, Media Buying (Egypt)

Location: Cairo, Egypt. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Support the Trading Manager in developing cohesive media plans based on client briefs, communication goals, research, brand, and category dynamics.
• Coordinate internal teams and hirify.global agencies to deliver campaigns and client materials on time.
• Prepare and present media plans, support final budget allocation, and manage campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Manage relationships with media vendors, monitor booking orders, and ensure campaigns run accurately and smoothly.
• Maintain records, prepare monthly reports, and identify improvements to procedures, controls, efficiency, and cost management.
• Research market trends, media offerings, and consumer insights while developing relationships with suppliers and clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in media planning, with strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of media planning and buying tools, traditional and digital media channels, and brand marketing principles.
• Ability to construct media plans using rationale, logic, analysis, and an understanding of campaign implications.
• Digital capabilities including audience building, bidding strategies, platform knowledge, and selecting formats for different funnel objectives.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, accuracy, relationship-building skills, and the ability to establish trust.
• Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
