Business Intelligence Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support business intelligence systems aligned with business requirements.
• Develop actionable reports using available and viable reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain ETL packages using Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Create and deploy systematic notifications for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with IS development, project, analysis, development, and database teams to meet business needs and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as a SAP Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of BI tools, data, ERP systems, and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting business intelligence reports, preferably with SAP BusinessObjects and tools such as Web Intelligence, Explorer, Dashboard, and Crystal.
• Ability to work indoors with standing and walking, follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate approved low-risk tools.

Nice to have

• Information systems experience in healthcare or medical device environments.
• Global experience supporting business systems and reporting.
