Annual salary: $105,000–$169,000, with a midpoint of $137,000. The role is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Manage program implementation and operational activities for electric distribution construction programs.
  • Ensure programs operate effectively and achieve defined metrics and objectives.
  • Own most or all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
  • Address moderate to complex problems and develop solutions for existing plans and goals.
  • Develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Create reports, summarize findings, and communicate recommendations and business insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Six years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently on most issues and provide direction on program plans and goals.
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to multiple levels of management.
