Sr. Benefits & HR Operations Analyst (Workday)

Location: Remote, with residence required in one of the approved states: Florida, Georgia, Idaho, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, or Michigan

Salary: $91,485–$117,902 in the greater Seattle area; $83,168–$107,183 in Washington State outside Seattle, plus a performance-based cash payout and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer and optimize Workday and other HRIS tools, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including compensation changes, promotions, terminations, and onboarding.
• Build real-time dashboards and reporting on turnover, headcount, and organizational metrics.
• Manage health, wellness, benefits reconciliation, carrier billing, and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate FMLA, disability, and other leave programs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Prepare EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, Department of Labor, and other governmental reporting documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with Workday and other HR systems, including absence management and ticketing tools.
• Experience administering corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and process improvement skills.
• Knowledge of HR functions, including organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation and benefits.
• In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local HR-related laws.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of directly relevant HR or benefits operations experience.
