Product Owner (Dynamics 365) (CRM platform): Optimizing ChemPoint's customer engagement platform across account management, lead and opportunity management, customer support, and core business processes with an accent on scalable capabilities, platform stability, data quality, and user experience. Focus on managing the product backlog, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and guiding enhancements through delivery, testing, release, and adoption.
Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, Washington, US
Salary: $106,190–$132,000 annually

What you will do
- Own the overall health, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 customer engagement platform.
- Partner with sales, customer service, operations, technology, and delivery teams to identify business needs and define scalable solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure work is ready for execution.
- Evaluate solution options, tradeoffs, dependencies, risks, technical debt, and expected business impact.
- Guide initiatives through planning, development, testing, business validation, release, and adoption.
- Communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and impacts while gathering feedback and improving user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and translating business needs into product capabilities and technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of product ownership, backlog management, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong prioritization, tradeoff analysis, decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, collaboration tools, and software delivery processes.
