TL;DR
Specialist Web Designer (Webflow): Designing visually led websites and digital experiences for ambitious brands, from early concepts and wireframes through development-ready Figma designs, with an accent on art direction, UX/UI, responsive design, and Webflow implementation. Focus on collaborating with developers, presenting design rationale to clients, and integrating motion, interaction, and user experience into polished digital products.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand. Part-time freelance/contract engagement with project-dependent hours and time zone alignment.

is a global digital agency of around 60 people specializing in Webflow design, development, and growth.
What you will do
- Design high-quality, visually led websites and digital experiences aligned with client brands, objectives, and audiences.
- Develop concepts and wireframes into polished, development-ready designs in Figma.
- Apply art direction, UX/UI, responsive design, motion, and interaction principles across desktop and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with Webflow developers to ensure designs are practical to build and implemented to a high standard.
- Present concepts and design rationale to clients, respond to feedback, and refine the work.
- Support projects according to client demand, timelines, and available contract work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web design experience, ideally in a digital agency or studio environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, art direction, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience designing websites for Webflow and understanding how designs translate into development.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, and modern web design principles.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and time management skills for distributed project work.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion and interaction design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other low-code tools.
