Financial Advisor (Wealth Management)

Base salary: $57,750.00–$96,250.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Consult with clients on investment and insurance strategies and develop personalized financial plans.
• Build, grow, and retain an investment and insurance book of business.
• Acquire and maintain client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client service.
• Monitor financial plans, provide recommendations, and adjust strategies to meet client objectives.
• Coach branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities and increase referral activity.
• Review business results and pipeline activity while meeting service-level, regulatory, and policy requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, or Series 7 and Series 63/65, are required.
• Life and Health Insurance license is required.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, investment and insurance strategies, client prospecting, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, public speaking, coaching, sales, and customer engagement skills.
