Business Systems Analyst Lead / Techno-Functional Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Travel to global offices and client locations is required as needed.

What you will do

• Lead business discovery, requirements definition, blueprinting workshops, and functional solution design for complex Salesforce transformation programs.
• Translate business objectives into capabilities, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
• Design solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, including patient services and patient engagement processes.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle from discovery through deployment, including traceability, functional validation, defect management, and business acceptance.
• Coordinate backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, business demonstrations, roadmap planning, and release readiness.
• Partner with architects, engineers, QA, product teams, and stakeholders while mentoring Business Analysts and managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst or techno-functional experience, including at least 3 years delivering Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Experience with pharma patient services, specialty therapies, HUB operations, case management, or oncology support.
• Strong user-story writing, communication, stakeholder management, coaching, supervision, and hands-on project management skills.
• Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, and other cloud platforms.
• Agile delivery experience, ability to manage a virtual global team, and fluency in English.
