What you will do

• Join a functional team after cohort onboarding and contribute to projects involving products, customer acquisition strategies, or P&L operations.
• Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into measurable projects, testable hypotheses, and recommendations.
• Extract, manipulate, validate, and model full-funnel data from raw sources to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Use generative AI and machine learning tools to solve business problems and identify emerging technology applications.
• Own workstreams and outcomes, proactively identifying opportunities where data, technology, or new approaches can improve results.
• Synthesize findings and present clear recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, business teams, and leadership.

Requirements

• Graduation in December 2026 or summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree in business, engineering, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Availability to start in the August 2027 cohort.
• Foundational analytics skills in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization, including Advanced Excel, SQL, Databricks, Tableau, or Python.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude, with an understanding of how AI systems work.
• Strong business judgment, entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving ability, and demonstrated use of data to drive decisions and behavior change.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
