Human Capital Management, Regional Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract), Senior Analyst/Associate, Warsaw (AI): Delivering HR solutions and employee lifecycle support for the Warsaw office while leading talent initiatives, events, and transformation projects with an accent on operational excellence, employee engagement, automation, and AI-enabled HR services. Focus on partnering with employees, managers, and HCM specialists, improving local HR processes, and driving data-informed ways of working across Warsaw and Continental Europe.

Location: Warsaw, Poland; onsite at the Warsaw office

What you will do

  • Provide trusted HR support to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, development, promotions, performance processes, and offboarding.
  • Deliver local HR operations, including employee documentation, sick leave administration, employment certificates, and records management.
  • Partner with HCM specialists, business leaders, employee networks, and affinity groups to deliver talent, engagement, development, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Lead and support events, workshops, learning programmes, and employee engagement activities in Warsaw and across the region.
  • Contribute to HR transformation through process improvement, automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled services.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and the adoption of more efficient ways of working.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR specialist or generalist role and a comparable industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong organization, execution, attention to detail, discretion, and client service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and communicate openly with stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

  • Knowledge of Polish labour law.
