What you will do

• Support benchmarking, research, concept development, and product design for the kitchen and bath portfolio.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners on product concepts and design execution.
• Create presentation visuals, build prototypes, refine concepts, and communicate ideas through clear storytelling.
• Research market needs, user expectations, and emerging design opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving exercises that encourage creative design solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university-level program in industrial design or a related creative discipline.
• Strong creative point of view and attention to form, detail, proportion, function, and user experience.
• Proficiency in sketching, visual storytelling, presentation development, and digital modeling tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rhino, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, KeyShot, or similar design platforms.
• Coursework or hands-on experience in graphic design, engineering, interior design, architecture, or product development.
