Senior Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant (Go/React)

Location: Remote in Brazil; collaboration spans Brazil, Poland, and US time zones.

Salary: $6,500–$8,000 per month under a fixed-rate B2B service agreement.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain Go backend services and React/TypeScript interfaces for the Gateway and Capacity Matching cluster.
• Develop and optimize algorithmic matching, confidence-scoring, ranking, and cost-optimization logic.
• Build reliable gateway infrastructure and integrations supporting the matching-to-transaction flow.
• Provide backup ownership, incident-response support, and pull-request assessments for the RouteFinder and Site Prover clusters.
• Partner with Data Foundation and Lead-to-Cash pods on source-data quality and gateway transaction integrations.
• Deliver tested, observable code that operates reliably in production.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Deep production experience with Go for backend services and React/TypeScript for frontend interfaces.
• Experience designing and tuning algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks.
• Experience with API gateways, integration-heavy backend architectures, Postgres, AWS, event-driven messaging, and data pipelines.
• Fluent professional English for cross-border asynchronous collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment.
• Active Brazilian corporate entity (Pessoa Jurídica/PJ with CNPJ) and valid electronic service invoices (NFS-e) are required.
