What you will do
- Translate research insights, user needs, and product requirements into user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Simplify provider and operational workflows through UX, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX partners to clarify scope and tradeoffs.
- Contribute to scalable design systems and reusable patterns for consistent provider experiences.
- Apply accessibility and inclusive design standards across digital experiences.
- Use AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and synthesis while maintaining human review and strong UX fundamentals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful process and growing autonomy.
- Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, UI, Graphic or Visual Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise, or healthcare workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly.
- Working knowledge of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices.
- Practical fluency with tools such as Figma, Claude Design, ChatGPT, GitHub, Copilot, or Visual Studio Code.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries or healthcare environments.
- Exposure to user research, usability testing, or feedback synthesis.
- Familiarity with Agile product development practices.
- Experience contributing to design systems or pattern libraries.
