What you will do

• Manage procurement contract intake, routing, drafting, first-pass review, and deviation escalation.
• Prepare NDAs, order forms, statements of work, amendments, and renewals from approved templates.
• Coordinate signature workflows, confirm signatory authority, and maintain fully executed contract records.
• Maintain the contract repository and CLM system, including metadata, deadlines, renewals, and obligations.
• Support supplier onboarding diligence and prepare contract summaries, reports, and dashboards.
• Improve templates, clause libraries, playbooks, CLM workflows, and AI-enabled contracting tools.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–6 years of paralegal or contract management experience, ideally with procurement, commercial, or technology contracts.
• Working knowledge of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, software licenses, and purchase agreements.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools such as Ironclad or DocuSign.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Ability to work in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology, cloud, data center, or hardware company.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes.
• Interest in legal technology, automation, and AI tools.
