Product Manager (Consumer Loans Norway) (Consumer Lending/Fintech): Defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L performance for Santander’s consumer loans portfolio in Norway with an accent on customer value propositions, pricing, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Focus on optimizing the full customer lifecycle, prioritizing product development, and translating market, customer, competitor, and technology insights into sustainable growth.

is a large international financial services company with a consumer lending business operating across the Nordic markets.
What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Consumer Loans portfolio in Norway.
- Own product P&L performance, including revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and commercial KPIs.
- Monitor customer, competitor, technology, and regulatory developments and convert insights into product improvements.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and prioritize the product backlog in an agile environment.
- Support pricing, distribution, insurance offerings, and customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in product management, business development, strategy, sales, or commercial planning.
- Experience in consumer lending, banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer loan products, portfolio management, pricing, and profitability drivers.
- Experience working cross-functionally and in agile environments, with strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Norwegian consumer lending market, customer behavior, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent education and experience.
