Test Engineer I (Materials Testing)

What you will do

• Perform load, hydrostatic pressure, and lifecycle testing on components, assemblies, and systems.
• Follow testing procedures, techniques, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Write basic custom test scripts and operate multiple test systems to generate data.
• Design and fabricate custom test rigs and fixtures.
• Prepare work orders, reports, and required testing documentation.
• Interpret and evaluate results, communicate findings to customers, and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a testing environment; beverage machine testing experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability and willingness to learn testing techniques, procedures, and specifications.
• Hands-on ability with tools, machinery, equipment, materials, and test equipment.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements; the role is limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more each day is also required.
