What you will do

• Perform manual, exploratory, destructive, and automated testing across mobile, tablet, and desktop e-commerce projects.
• Test complete customer journeys from product discovery through checkout.
• Develop tailored testing strategies with frontend developers and project teams based on client requirements.
• Coordinate quality assurance across multiple concurrent client implementations and agency timelines.
• Help evolve the testing framework and automated testing strategy across projects.
• Assess integrations between frontend applications, backend systems, and third-party services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA and frontend testing, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser DevTools, and REST APIs.
• Strong root-cause analysis skills and the ability to translate technical issues into business impact and actionable steps.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile workflows across multiple projects.
• High standards for user experience, performance, and brand consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools.
• Knowledge of Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI and automated test integration.
• Understanding of international e-commerce, including multiple languages, currencies, and regional regulations.
• Familiarity with headless commerce, Storefront SDKs, or SCAYLE architecture.
