Finance Manager MEA (Defense)

What you will do

• Own accounting, controlling, monthly and annual closings, invoicing, payroll entries, and payments for regional entities.
• Coordinate local tax, statutory compliance, and audits with advisors across the Middle East and Africa.
• Manage banking relationships, cash positions, letters of credit, guarantees, and other trade finance instruments.
• Design financing solutions and establish banking and finance operations for new regional entities.
• Partner with commercial teams and support government clients, business plans, and industrial investment projects.
• Build a regional finance organization by developing a network of country finance correspondents.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of senior finance experience, including ownership of multiple legal entities within an international group.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; a Master's degree or local accounting qualification is preferred.
• Strong foundations in accounting, controlling, corporate finance, month-end closing, and coordination of external firms.
• Hands-on experience with trade finance, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and financing structuring.
• Knowledge of the Moroccan banking and administrative environment, with exposure to Gulf and other MEA markets.
• Fluency in French and English is required; Arabic is a plus.

• Experience working with government or institutional clients.
• Master's degree or local accounting qualification.
• Arabic language skills.
