What you will do

• Develop efficient and effective Data Generation strategies for real-world evidence studies during proposal development.
• Coordinate Site Identification, Site and Patient Engagement, Site Management, and Technology strategies.
• Translate study budgets and strategies into executable plans that improve predictability, timelines, data quality, and client outcomes.
• Partner with internal functional leads to identify solutions for study-specific challenges.
• Support project efficiency, timelines, financial goals, and the transition from awarded proposals to study teams.
• Serve as the functional point of contact for pre-award and post-award site strategy questions.

Requirements

• Educational background in life sciences.
• Prior knowledge and experience in clinical operations, monitoring processes, documentation, and GCP standards.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Knowledge of project budgets and pricing tools, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of English.
• Excellent time management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
