Senior Graphic Designer (Brand and Marketing)

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid work with home office up to two days per week

What you will do

• Support creative leads in delivering global design projects.
• Develop brand and marketing concepts and visual solutions for the regional European brand.
• Explore briefs, generate ideas, present and rationalize design work, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with brand and content strategists, campaign managers, marketing professionals, and local markets.
• Use research insights and performance data to propose design solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Prioritize projects and manage timelines, deliverables, file organization, and team workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a designer or art director in a branding agency, studio, or in-house brand team.
• Strong conceptual thinking, branding knowledge, and the ability to deliver fresh design solutions.
• Excellent typography, layout, organizational, file management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools and Figma.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and local markets.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and interest in mentoring junior designers.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics, photography, web design, or prototyping skills.
• Previous experience with Asana for task planning.
