TL;DR
Team Lead Motion Design (Digital Marketing/Brand Design): Creating visual assets and motion content for foodora’s local market and regional campaigns with an accent on brand consistency, digital and print production, and AI-assisted creativity. Focus on leading motion art direction, mentoring designers, solving fast-paced design challenges, and collaborating with local and regional stakeholders.
Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid setup with home office available up to two days per week

What you will do
- Set motion art direction across brand work and translate concepts into animated content.
- Own the end-to-end motion and visual design process for an assigned local market.
- Create digital and print assets, including website and app banners, social media content, CRM materials, advertisements, flyers, merchandise, and billboards.
- Collaborate on regional campaigns and scale assets across multiple markets.
- Ensure visual output follows foodora brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and incorporate feedback from design leadership.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio covering digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus Figma.
- Basic animation or motion graphics skills with After Effects are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage quick turnarounds, solve design challenges, and collaborate with local market stakeholders.
- Communicative to fluent English required for written and spoken communication in a multicultural environment.

- Experience with basic animation or motion graphics.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted creativity and experimentation with AI tools for static assets.
