Software Engineer II (ATM)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; travel may be required for onsite customer pilot installations.

What you will do

• Develop software builds, Postilion host configurations, downloads, and loadsets for ATM solutions.
• Create scripts and applications that automate installation, deployment, management, and monitoring.
• Support continuous integration, project delivery, process improvement, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, deliver resolutions, and create hot fixes.
• Coordinate with PMO, quality control, IT departments, stakeholders, and customers.
• Write ATM technical specifications, installation documentation, user guides, and release documentation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with transaction processing platforms, especially Postilion, including download and loadset development.
• In-depth knowledge of ATM terminal software, NDC, CEN/XFS, ATM security, and ATM software platform management tools.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting ATM software and hardware in laboratory or production environments.
• Ability to support testing, issue investigation, effort estimation, and software quality activities.

Nice to have

• Windows desktop solutions and Windows scripting experience with Batch and PowerShell.
• Experience creating HTML pages with CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow, change management procedures, and technical release documentation.
• Experience with desktop security solutions, preferably Trellix/McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator.
