Senior QA Engineer (React/.NET)

What you will do

• Build and maintain reusable automated test suites across frontend, backend, and API layers.
• Develop automation-first testing practices covering functional, non-functional, unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps on quality gates and reliable release workflows.
• Improve test environments, test data management, parallel execution, coverage, and test stability.
• Participate in design and code reviews, support root cause analysis, and take technical ownership of production systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, QA, and Architecture teams across international projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in QA or software testing, with strong test automation experience.
• Experience testing modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with frontend, end-to-end, and API testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Postman.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Experience with Agile development, including Scrum or Kanban, story estimation, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, GitHub, Miro, test case management tools, Storybook, and Figma.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and observability practices.
