Working Student IT Support

Location: Geneva, Switzerland; required on-site presence in the office on Fridays. The role is part-time at 20% and may use a hybrid working model.

hirify.global is a global consulting firm with an international IT team supporting digital technologies, IT services, infrastructure, applications, and data security.

What you will do

• Serve as the local point of contact for IT user requests in the Geneva office.
• Assist the Zurich IT department with local implementation of IT equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, video conferencing systems, audiovisual presentation equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support IT-related activities connected to the Geneva office move.
• Collaborate with the four-member IT team in Zurich while supporting approximately 40 employees in Geneva.

Requirements

• Availability: 20%, with on-site presence required in the office on Fridays.
• Completed initial education, such as an apprenticeship or Matura/maturité.
• Relevant experience with the Microsoft environment and Apple mobile devices.
• Interest in developing new IT knowledge and skills.
• Very good knowledge of English and French at C1 level.

• Current studies in computer science, technology, media and information, or a similar subject.
