Product Manager – Inbound Logistics

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for inbound logistics, balancing legacy ERP decoupling with new capabilities.
• Build automated pipelines that track purchase orders from creation through delivery and enable three-way matching between orders, received goods, and invoices.
• Improve inbound data visibility through supplier APIs, EDI/TecCom, file transfers, Advanced Shipping Notices, and supplier master-data standards.
• Integrate SAP ERP with AWS warehouse-management systems to create continuous end-to-end data flow.
• Align Procurement, Vendor Operations, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Supplier Integrations around prioritized roadmaps.
• Run technical discovery, query ERP data and logs with SQL, and use AI tools to prepare specifications, edge cases, and test scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in supply chain, procurement, logistics, vendor management, or e-commerce inbound operations.
• Experience with purchase order management, supplier master data, inbound visibility, enterprise tools, and procure-to-pay financial flows.
• Ability to use SQL, read application logs, and understand microservices, API design, and monolith-to-microservice migration trade-offs.
• Daily experience using AI tools for discovery, data analysis, transcript synthesis, and specification writing.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and defending scope decisions through root-cause problem solving.
• Professional English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM.
• Experience with live monolith migrations, n8n, Make, or other low-code and AI prototyping tools.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or large-catalogue e-commerce.
