Power BI Developer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Provides PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration, and performance oversight for a major mixed-use infrastructure development programme.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting packs.
• Gather reporting requirements from PMO, project controls, commercial, risk, and programme management teams.
• Build data models, transformation processes, and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Integrate data from project controls, scheduling, cost management, risk management, document management, and other enterprise systems.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot report performance, and optimize datasets for scalability and reliability.
• Provide user training and technical support while maintaining technical documentation, reporting standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or enterprise information management.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification or an equivalent certification.
• Extensive experience with enterprise-level Power BI reports and dashboards, Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Experience integrating SQL Server, Oracle databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications, preferably in infrastructure, construction, PMO, or programme management environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, cost, risk, and commercial management data structures.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
