TL;DR
Senior System Analyst (Banking) (Digital Lending): Designing system requirements, integrations, API contracts, and process models for a digital lending platform for small and medium-sized businesses with an accent on banking integrations, digital signing, and lending workflows. Focus on designing REST/OpenAPI interfaces, modeling BPMN processes, completing the end-to-end loan journey, and supporting delivery across changing priorities in a SAFe environment.
Location: Minsk, with onsite, remote, and hybrid work formats; remote work is available from any location.

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, clarify, and document system requirements with business stakeholders.
- Translate business processes into system requirements and technical solutions.
- Design integrations between internal and external systems, including digital signing and core banking integrations.
- Design and document REST API contracts and maintain OpenAPI specifications.
- Create BPMN process models, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support development, QA, testing, and acceptance within active SAFe Program Increments.
Requirements
- Senior commercial experience as a System Analyst on enterprise software projects.
- Strong experience with integration projects, system-to-system interactions, data flows, and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and strong BPMN knowledge.
- Mandatory experience in banking projects.
- Experience preparing detailed technical specifications and acceptance criteria, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- English level: B2+. Experience with Jira and Confluence is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with lending or credit processes, SME or corporate lending, and factoring.
- Experience with Colvir.
- Previous experience in SAFe environments.
